Introduction:

Greeting from Kaohsiung City, a beautiful urban place in the southern part of Taiwan. I would describe myself as a person who’s creative, optimistic, determined, responsible, fascinated to new things and eager to take part in it and also learning and traveling have always been my passions. Few years ago, I went to France as an exchange student and seized the chance to travel around Europe. Continuing my further study will be an exciting challenge for me and I am looking forward to meet new classmates who share the same interests as I do!

Why do you choose MSEAS?

Currently, I combined my interest and my expertise working in Taiwan Institute of Economic Research as a research assistant. The projects I am responsible for are highly related to New Southbound Policy, therefore I got chances to access the information about SEA countries in several aspects. I would like to explore more and develop a comprehensive understanding of economic and political related fields from a practical perspective. Plus, as Wenzao has an excellent reputation in the field of language teaching, the dynamic learning resources provided by international faculties must can be a great help for me.

Learning Goal:

On completion of my studies, I expect myself to acquire language abilities and related knowledge, also I would like very much to apply for a position in the SEA countries if possible in order to make extraordinary use of the things the school provides and contribute my abilities to the company I serve for. I believe this international experience will be the springboard to my career and I can learn to be more independent and well versed in business before I return home to look for a more senior role.

I'm 22 years old. I come from Kaohsiung, Taiwan. I'm going to study for the ＭＳＥＡＳ in September. I’m the only one child in my family. I have no brothers and sisters. Because of this reason. I like to know new friends. My interest is playing basketball, watching movies, traveling and I also enjoy outdoor leisure activities.My personality is very cheerful and optimism,I speak humor so I’m the guy who bring laughter to everyone. But sometimes I am impatient ,I hope all you guys cam be more tolerant in the future. I am very happy to become classmates with you.

Learning Goal:

I hope to have a certain understanding of the related generality in Southeast Asia during this two years. Through the course to understand the development of related industries in Southeast Asia and the trend of future development. I hope that I will be able to pass the test of Thai language test before graduation . I believe that will be a very good point for job hunting in the future. I also hope to know many friends in this 2 years, communicate with those international students can train my english communication skills. Because I have been in contact with Taiwan students in the past 4 years, having a chance to be classmates with foreign students is a new thing for me.

Introduction:

 I graduated from Wenzao University and my major was in Applied Chinese. I was born into a warm and affectionate family. There are four people in my family. My parents treat us with democratic method and wish us can learn good behaviors and rightfully to get along with other people.

Why do you choose MSEAS?

I studied Indonesian language during my university. At the same time, I also learned about Indonesian culture and customs. I also met many friends who from Indonesia during the summer vacation. They also introduced me about their cultures, including food and customs. They have many interesting cultures and many humanities history. I want to know more about them.

Learning Goal:

Southeast Asian countries are gradually developing. I hope to expand my horizons. In addition to the courses I have been exposed to before, I want to develop in terms of business. At the same time, I want to learn about their diet, culture, religion and customs, so that they can understand these countries more.

Introduction:

I am a responsible and earnest person, and can complete assigned tasks efficiently. In my leisure time, I like to read books of varied subjects to acquire new knowledge in various disciplines. I also like to walk at a slow pace for relaxation and for fitness.

I have studied Indonesian courses during my college years and I want to know more about Southeast Asia. Wenzao just open a new master degree of Southeast, so I decide to study and learn about Southeast Asia things. In the future, I plan to work in National Immigration Agency.
